Our Mission
Our mission is to give Lindenwood Park residents a clearer way to understand Missouri's medical cannabis process, from their first medical appointment through state registration.
Lindenwood Park has its own character within southwest St. Louis, combining established residential streets with commercial activity along Hampton Avenue, Chippewa Street, and Watson Road. According to the City of St. Louis Lindenwood Park neighborhood profile, the area's development includes housing from several periods of the city's history.
Although medical marijuana rules are established at the state level, we want the information patients receive to reflect the community in which they actually live.
Who We Are
Our service supports people at different stages of Missouri's medical cannabis process, including first-time applicants, renewing patients, cultivation applicants, caregivers, and parents or guardians helping qualifying minors.
Lindenwood Park contains a varied mix of housing, including older homes, brick bungalows, duplexes, apartments, and later residential development. That variety is part of the neighborhood's identity and helps distinguish it from a generic statewide description.
Our goal is to provide information that remains accurate to Missouri's program while being relevant to patients living in this specific part of St. Louis.
Our Commitment
Straightforward Information: We organize the certification and application process so patients can understand what happens at each stage.
Respect for Patient Privacy: Personal and medical information should be treated carefully throughout the evaluation and certification process.
Missouri-Focused Guidance: Our information is based on requirements applicable to Missouri medical cannabis patients rather than procedures used in other states.
Individualized Support: A first-time patient, renewal applicant, caregiver, cultivation applicant, or parent assisting a minor may each need different guidance.
Clear Direction After Certification: Patients are reminded that receiving medical certification is not the final step. Missouri must still receive and approve the patient application.
Joining Hands with the Community
Lindenwood Park is known for its residential character, neighborhood businesses, established transportation routes, and several public green spaces.
The neighborhood's parks include Lindenwood Park, River Des Peres Park, and Tilles Park. Lindenwood Park itself offers recreational amenities such as walking areas, playground facilities, tennis courts, athletic fields, a pavilion, and a skating rink.
Helping local residents understand medical cannabis should involve more than explaining how to apply for a patient card.
Patients should also be familiar with Missouri rules covering possession, purchasing, cultivation, public use, and driving. Missouri does not permit public marijuana consumption, and a person is not permitted to drive or operate a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana.
Our Vision
We want Lindenwood Park patients to have medical cannabis information that is easy to navigate, locally relevant, and consistent with Missouri requirements.
Whether someone is preparing for an initial evaluation, completing the state application, considering cultivation, or returning for renewal, they should be able to understand both the step they are currently completing and what comes afterward.
Our broader goal is to make participation in Missouri's regulated medical cannabis program less confusing while encouraging patients to approach it responsibly.
